Mobility relates to the range of motion at a joint or combination of joints. Flexibility depends on the elasticity and length of a muscle.
Balance is the ability to stay upright and stay in control of body movement. Coordination is the ability to perform movement under control, smoothly and efficiently.
The heart and lung’s ability to deliver oxygenated blood to working muscles and their ability to use it, such as running long distances. Also, how efficiently the body can expel carbon dioxide during prolonged bouts of exercise.
